LIABILITY RELEASE
Liability Release: Participant assumes full responsibility for vehicle. Please note: All vehicles must be driven through registration with confirmation card. Due to the volume of show vehicles, trailers and non-show vehicles will not be permitted on show grounds.
Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators, by execution of this form, expressly release and discharge Sandra Dee, Inc. Event Promoter for Rab Show Productions and the village of Lenox, MA and their officers, and anyone else connected with management of presentation of Western MA Nationals and from any and all known or unknown damages, injury, losses, judgments and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or direction of control of entrant.
Advertising Release: Vehicle entrant agrees to permit Rab Show Productions to use names, photos for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes to include newspapers, videos, magazines, souvenirs, radio, and television, and give permission to Rab Show Productions to publish and sell likeness to all Rab Show Productions’ events.
